At Piggeeback, we strive to make sharing with your friends a straight-forward, enjoyable process. We appreciate the fact - however - that sometimes questions arise and we offer you the following guidelines in regards to some of the more common inquiries we have received. How do I sign up?
To create a Piggeeback account, click the Sign Up button at the top of the home page. All you need is an email address to sign up, preferably the email address associated with your PayPal account (that’s how we give out rewards). You’ll then create a password and you’re all set! You can also sign in with Facebook. All passwords are encrypted so no-one can see them and we will never ask you for yours.
Do I need an account to create a collection?
Yes. In order to create a collection, and have all your items saved, you will need to create an account.
Do I need an account to earn and redeem rewards?
Yes. Rewards are associated with individual users on an ongoing basis. You’ll need an account so we know who to give those rewards to!
What can I search for?
The possibilities are endless on Piggeeback! Search for anything from your favorite foundation, to a new pair of shoes, to gadgets for your kitchen!
What if I don’t find what I’m looking for?
With so many products available on Piggeeback, it’s best to be as specific as possible. If you still can't find what you’re looking for, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll look into it!
How can I search for my friends?
You can search for your friends the same way you search for a products. Look them up by first and last name, or by username.
How do I start a collection?
Starting a collection is easy! You can start one by navigating to your Collections page from the Menu bar. There, you can click on the box with the + symbol and name your new collection. You can also create a new collection by clicking on the “collect” button when viewing a product. You’ll see a list of your existing collections with the option to create a new one at the bottom. That product will automatically be saved to the new collection that you create.
How do I add things to my collection?
When you find an item that you want to collect, hover over the image and click on the “collect” button. You can save the item to an existing collection or scroll to the bottom to create a new one.
Can I remove items from my collection?
Absolutely! To do this, navigate to the collection where you want to remove an item. Hover over the item and click on the trash can item at the top left of the image.
Can I move items from one collection to another?
Yes! You can move items between collections and save one item to multiple collections. Hover over the item you want to move and click “collect.” Click on the collection where the item is currently saved to deselect. Then, click on the collection where you’d like to move it to.
Can I organize the items in my collection?
Of course! Items in a collection can be organized by dragging and dropping the images.
Can I rename a collection?
You sure can! Navigate to your Collections page from the Menu bar in the top right corner of the screen. Click the pencil icon next to the collection you’d like to rename. Edit the name, hit enter, and you’re good to go!
What do you mean by “cash rewards”?
With Piggeeback, you earn a cash commission each time an item you’ve collected is purchased!
How do rewards work?
Each time an item that you’ve collected is purchased, a cash commission is loaded into your Piggeebank. The more times an item is purchased and the more items that purchased means more rewards for you!
How do I earn rewards?
Each time an item you’ve collected is purchased, we call that a sale. Cash rewards are earned for each sale you make. If you purchase the nail polish you collected, you earn a cash commission! If you share your collection with a friend, and they snag a scarf, you earn a commission for that too! You can also earn rewards from sales made by other Piggeebackers who collected items from your collections. See the Piggeebacking section of the FAQs to learn more.
How do I redeem rewards?
Rewards are automatically paid out on the 1st of the month. The amount will be deposited into the PayPal account associated with the email address you provided.
How often can I redeem my rewards?
Rewards are automatically deposited on the 1st of each month.
Does the email address I used to sign up for Piggeeback need to be the same as the email address I use for PayPal?
Don’t worry! Your Piggeeback and PayPal account email addresses don’t need to match. You can designate a specific PayPal email address by going to the Settings page from the Menu bar in the top right corner of the screen.
How will I know when I have redeemable rewards?
You can check out your reward amount at any time by going to the Piggeebank page from the Menu bar in the top right corner of the screen. You’ll even see a detailed list that shows you which items sold and how many were purchased.
What is “piggeebacking”?
Piggeebacking is when someone finds an item in one of your collections and then saves it to one of their collections.
Why does this benefit me?
You earn cash rewards from sales made on items that were piggeebacked from you. If someone collects a dress from your “Spring Style” collection, and then purchases it from their collection, you still earn a commission!
How do I know how many times an item has been piggeebacked from me?
You’ll receive a weekly email letting you know which items were piggeebacked and how many times each item was collected. Also, the detailed list on your Piggeebank page also contains this information.
I own a small business or am an artist. Can I add my own products or merchandise to Piggeeback?
Absolutely! We work with top affiliate networks to bring all of our vendors to Piggeeback. If you’re interested in being a Piggeepartner, please sign up with Commission Junction, Pepperjam, or Rakuten Linkshare.
